I go by the alias name, Rezochi. I am a virtual content creator, a novice writer, artist, and singer. I was born in the Philippines and grew up there as a young child, then moved to the United States. I speak my native language Tagalog and English as my second language. I also love to learn foreign languages to be able to connect with various of people around the world and to get to know other cultures. I'm currently self-studying Japanese and my next languages to learn are Italian and Korean. Feel free to recommend learning tools or workbooks!Other than studying different languages, I also love to read! From fantasy books to manga / manhwas, to web-novels. With this, I'd like to announce that I recently released my first ongoing webnovel series called Shiruneia. Waking up alone in the outskirts of Ixdum, Rezochi who has just recently escaped her birthplace adapts to her new found lifestyle. Being born a hybrid between two strict clans, she was outcasted as a being who will bring forth destruction. For this reason, she ends up always disguising herself, hiding her main features throughout her long journeys. At first glance, Rezochi's aloofness and outer appearance may seem intimidating, but she is actually quite easy to talk with. However, living alone for many years has hindered some of her communication and connection skills to an extent. Although she is weary and cautious, it doesn't stop her from wanting to connect with the people and environment around her. Growing up mostly alone in Senka with no one to play with, but the shadows that surrounded her during her childhood years, Rezochi's curiosity about the outside world is at its peak when she finally sets out beyond her birthplace. I'm Rezochi, a novice writer, artist, and singer. I've been creatively writing since 2020 and finally had the courage to share my works around 2021. Art has been off and on since 2015, and started singing/ doing vocal exercises beginning of 2021 as well. I've always done all three growing up, but never had the confidence to fully share these things until recently which made me want to improve in all three, but focus on one main skill which is writing, so I can produce my ideas into reality or somehow close to it. Only fully send a commission form once you have read everything and are 100% sure that you want to commission me. General ToS section will give you a run down of Rezochi's basic ToS for all of her original and commissioned works. Read thoroughly as these ToS will help you (the client) and me, Rezochi (the creator). Although each commission services have their own ToS, the General ToS also applies to every one of the services.∘ If ever you ask me a question or inquiry that is already answered in this site, I will redirect you back to here. However, if you are truly unsure, there will be separate directions and forms to send regarding such things, so don't worry and keep reading through!∘ Any ill behavior towards me, Rezochi, will not be tolerated. If it occurs and failure to follow all ToS that I have provided, I have the right to immediately cancel your commission with no refunds and cut off communications.∘ I, Rezochi, am not oblige to render any services outside of the agreed commissioned work, and will charge accordingly to the request made by the client. Commissioning me, Rezochi, does not mean a "partnership", "sponsorship", or any sort of "affiliation" to the creator.∘ I, Rezochi, will not tolerate the use of any part of her commissioned/ original works of all sorts for pornographic content creation, hate, or discrimination. If the client wants to keep the commissioned work hidden until a certain time (i.e. debut day), the client must say so in the order forms and must pay an additional NDA fee.∘ Turn over estimations/ the time it takes to complete a commission may vary and will be based on multiple factors. Rezochi will communicate with the client when to expect the finished work. The client is not permitted, in any circumstances, to use any part of Rezochi's works for things that was previously mentioned. This also means Rezochi will not tolerate the use of plagiarized art or AI generated work as reference material or assets for her works.Note: Rezochi does not participate in any kind of practice(s) relating to NFTs, Crypto, Blockchain, or AI Tech. — LICENSES —

All work will be delivered with a regular / personal license. This license cannot be made into a commercial license (for works to be used commercially) under any circumstances. Should you wish to use your commission commercially, please inquire about it first. Below are the available licenses:【 REGULAR / PERSONAL 】
∘ The commissioner has rights to promotional usage on SNS and personal website(s). The commissioner does not have rights to sell, redistribute, republish writings for profit, or transfer Rezochi's commission work(s) under any circumstances.
∘ No modifications performed by the commissioner or any third-party are allowed without written permission from Rezochi. If permission is NOT given, no modifications will be allowed. All versions of creative works produced by Rezochi (i.e. sketches, written drafts, unfinished or finished works) belongs to Rezochi herself.【 COMMERCIAL 】
∘ Commercial commissions does not mean you can automatically use it for anything (i.e. merchandise) unless stated or have written permission from Rezochi that it's ok to do so.
∘ All commissions counted as commercial automatically includes a commercial fee, increasing its initial quote price, regardless of what the client intends to do with the delivered work.
∘ Includes what Regular License has but with extra usage with limitations. See below:

If past / current clients want to make their (Regular / Personal) commissioned work to be used commercially, they must contact Rezochi directly for permission.

— PAYMENTS / REFUNDS —

∘ All payments / invoices are to be in USD ($) via Paypal. Rezochi will send the invoice.
∘ Payment plans are available for discussion.
∘ Commission work will only start once the client have paid half or full after I sent the invoice.

【 REFUNDS 】
∘ Refunds are to be requested / notified to Rezochi and not chargeback.
∘ If a client files a chargeback against Rezochi, all client's rights to their commissioned work will be retracted. The client is then forbidden to ever commission Rezochi in the future along with the client's name being noted and blacklisted.【 TERMINATION / CANCELLATION OF WORK】
∘ Termination of work is possible by sending a notice to the creator, Rezochi. Termination of work is also possible should Rezochi be unable to finish a commission to the client's satisfaction. Under certain circumstances, a refund may be offered; these circumstances include: the progress of the commission and the nature of the cancellation.
∘ Any violation of ToS will result in a termination of your commission or reservation. If a client's commission or reservation is terminated due to a violation, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Should a commission be terminated in this way, Rezochi reserves all rights to blacklist/block/refuse any and all communication with said client. The client will be unable to commission Rezochi from then onwards.
∘ In the event that the client fails to settle any remaining payments, the commissioned work will be handled accordingly:

— COMMISSION SLOTS / RESERVATIONS —

All slots are not a first come, first served basis. Note that there are different forms for each services. Reminder that Rezochi will publicly announce when her commission service(s) are open / closed on her social media(s). However, there are still ways to commission Rezochi even when her initial slots are closed. Please read below:【 WAITLIST SLOTS 】
∘ Once the initial public commission slots are full, Rezochi will announce opening of waitlist slots in her social media(s). Being waitlisted means you will be able to have the opportunity to commission Rezochi. Depending on workload, there is no set timeframe for when the next batch will start. There are no fees for waitlists. This is different to a reservation slot.【 RESERVATION 】
∘ Rezochi will not publicly announce reservations. Clients are to inquire by using the designated form. Only reserve a spot if you are truly sure you want to work with Rezochi as reserving a spot means taking her time and cutting through a queue; which leads me to say this reservation fee is non-refundable. To reserve a spot in Rezochi's commissions, clients must agree to pay a separate additional reservation fee of $50 to be able to have an approved timeframe for the client's commission with mutual agreement between the client and the creator, Rezochi. Reservation fees are to be paid in full upfront within 2 days of confirmation. Failure to pay can lead to: termination / cancellation of reservation or rejection to work with said client.
